OGCS Americas Promotes Ernesto Munoz to Vice President of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management

OGCS is pleased to announce the promotion of Ernesto Munoz to Vice President of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

Based in our Houston TX location, Ernesto will continue supporting clients across the Americas and internationally, helping strengthen project delivery through quantity surveying, commercial management, project controls and independent project assurance.

Ernesto brings more than 24 years of experience across offshore, petrochemical, refinery, LNG and energy projects. His expertise spans pre- and post-contract services, measurement and quantification, change management, progress and quantity validation, and the use of digital tools to improve project assurance and decision-making.

As Vice President, Ernesto will further develop OGCS’ Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management capabilities, supporting clients with practical, data-driven insight throughout the project lifecycle.
