Ernesto Munoz

Ernesto Munoz is an experienced project advisory and commercial professional with expertise across quantity surveying, estimating, project controls and contract management. He has supported offshore, petrochemical, refinery and LNG developments across North America, South America and Asia, bringing a strong understanding of complex, multi-region capital projects.

Throughout his career, Ernesto has held senior leadership and delivery roles on major energy projects, with experience establishing and managing pre- and post-contract services, cost estimating, multi-discipline measurement and change management. He is equally effective providing strategic advisory support or working within site-based teams, delivering practical, execution-focused insight.

Ernesto is an active member of the AACE Houston Gulf Coast Section, where he previously served as President, and has recently joined Global Energy Transition (GET) as a Board Advisor. His professional involvement reflects a long-standing commitment to technical excellence and industry best practice.
