Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects in Wheatfield, Indiana.

This position is suited to candidates with strong project controls capability, experience working on technically complex construction projects, and the ability to manage schedule performance within fast-paced delivery environments.

Scope

Working within a live project environment, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing integrated schedules across multiple phases of construction. The role requires close coordination with project management, engineering teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment, progress visibility, and timely delivery of key milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across all phases of data center construction

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure accurate sequencing and coordination of activities

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule integrity

  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule optimization, and scenario planning

  • Produce clear and concise progress reports and schedule updates for internal and client stakeholders

  • Support change management processes by assessing schedule impacts and providing recommendations.

In addition you will also maintain current and accurate schedule documentation, including assumptions, progress updates, narratives, and supporting records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

  • Experience in data centers, mission-critical environments, or transferable sectors such as power generation, nuclear, or industrial megaprojects

  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, dependencies, and project controls principles

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance project environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
