30 January 2026 — OGCS Global, a leading consultancy supporting energy and infrastructure projects worldwide, today announced strong full-year results for 2025, reflecting continued expansion, successful project delivery, and sustained momentum across its global operations.

Building on the robust performance reported mid-year, OGCS closed 2025 ahead of strategic growth targets, achieving key milestones across North America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. The company continued to broaden its geographic footprint, strengthen leadership capability, and deepen client partnerships, reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of specialist project services across multiple sectors.

Strong Growth in the U.S. Gulf and Turnaround Markets

In the U.S. Gulf Coast, OGCS established a dedicated Industrial Services operation and supported a series of significant turnaround events, marking one of the company’s strongest six-month periods for specialist manpower and project controls services. These projects demonstrated OGCS’s ability to deliver disciplined planning, technical excellence, and reliable execution support during critical maintenance windows.

“The Gulf Coast continues to be one of our most dynamic and high-performance markets,” said Ed Comiskey, Executive Vice President, Americas. “Our teams have executed complex turnaround scopes safely, efficiently, and with the professionalism our clients depend on. The second half of 2025 has been a standout period for OGCS in the region.”

Across North America, OGCS also expanded established service lines, including project assurance, claims advisory, and commercial management, with continued growth in Mexico as project activity accelerated.

Mining Expansion and Growth Across Africa

OGCS’s mining sector performance remained strong. In North America, OGCS is supporting clients including Lithium Americas and Anglo American. In West Africa, the company’s role on Rio Tinto’s Simandou development in Guinea continued to scale, with expanded scopes and strengthened in-country teams delivering project management, engineering, and construction support on one of the world’s most significant mining developments.

OGCS also secured new consultancy and project services contracts in South Africa, extending its mining and infrastructure portfolio and reinforcing its strategy to build sustainable operations in high-growth African markets.

“Simandou continues to demonstrate what OGCS does best: collaboration, integrating seamlessly with our client and delivering consistent results in one of the world’s most complex mining developments,” said Chris Allen, Head of Mining and Regional Director, Africa at OGCS Global.

“The progress we’ve made in Guinea and our expansion into South Africa, reflects both the trust our clients place in us and the depth of capability we have built across the region.”

Emerging Sectors and Strategic Regions

During 2025, OGCS broadened its sector portfolio with progress in emerging areas such as Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS). The company began supporting early-stage development, regulatory readiness, and specialist manpower requirements for CCUS projects in Europe and beyond, aligning its capabilities with the global energy transition.

In the Middle East, OGCS continued to build momentum following the establishment of its Dubai office, supporting regional energy and infrastructure opportunities under the leadership of Andy Taylor.

A Consolidated Year of Momentum and Strategic Progress

Phil Burke concluded: “Our 2025 results reflect not only strong commercial performance, but the exceptional calibre of our people. Their dedication, technical capability, and resilience in challenging environments continue to drive OGCS forward.”

With expanded operations across North and Central America, Africa, Asia Pacific the Middle East, and Europe, OGCS enters 2026 well-positioned to support complex, capital-intensive projects worldwide.
